This role focuses on providing personalized assistance, promoting jewellery, and ensuring excellent after-sales service, all within a full-time, fixed-term contract that may lead to permanent employment.

Located in the heart of Venice, our historic fine jewellery house is seeking a passionate, refined, and skilled Sales Assistant to join the team at our boutique on Piazza San Marco.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and providing personalized assistance to clients;
• Promoting and selling exclusive jewellery pieces resultingfromexcellent craftsmanship and unique design;
• Offering detailed information on the components, materials, and uniqueness of each creation;
• Handlingsales transactions and related documentation (invoices, returns, receipts);
• Taking care of product displays and ensuring the boutique maintains an elegant and welcoming atmosphere;
• Preparing and updating product sheets with attention to detail;
• Providing excellent after-sales service and managing any customer inquiries orcomplaints.

Requirements :

Hard Skills :

• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Mandatory fluency in English;

Please note that previous experience in fine jewellery is preferred but not required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Elegant, discreet and professional demeanor ; in line with the brand' historical tradition and image;

Contract details :

• Contract type: Fixed-term contract with the possibility of evolving into permanent employment;
• Full-time position (40 hours per week);
• Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm (1-hour lunch break);
• Immediate availability;
• Location: Piazza San Marco, Venice.
