Sales Assistant

The company is present in 100 countries with over 400 single-brand shops situated on the most prestigious international shopping streets, a distribution network with over a thousand official points of sales and important growing channels such as travel retail and e-commerce. We are looking for a competitive Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire.

Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding corner condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked corner
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales
• Fluency in spoken English is essential
• Good standing
• Organized and accurate
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Additional languages beneficial
• A passion for the industry and brand is appreciated
