We are looking for a Sales Associate.

Your goal will be to promote the brand image and maintain the highest standards of customer service to sell and foster customer loyalty. You will also be involved in maintaining store standards and organization, as well as stock control and restocking.

Main responsibilities:

1. Greet, smile, and approach customers with a friendly attitude and willingness to serve, prioritizing customer service above all other tasks.
2. Possess good product knowledge to advise customers accurately and optimally.
3. Serve multiple customers simultaneously and provide excellent service to all.
4. Know sales goals and aim to achieve and surpass them, both individually and as a team.
5. Provide assistance while maintaining an attractive store image that appeals to customers.

We are seeking a motivated, lively, and extroverted individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and enthusiasm to represent the brand through delivering excellent customer service to meet and exceed sales targets. Previous experience in the retail fashion sector is desirable.
