Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promos to increase revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Complete comprehensive training to become a trusted piercing expert. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain sterile environments, and address customer questions and concerns.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain an attractive store environment with organized displays, inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, energetic atmosphere.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and stay updated on fashion and social media trends to assist customers and boost sales.
• Store Operations: Support daily store functions such as processing deliveries, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating viral moments.

About You

• Social & Digital Savvy: You're aware of trending topics and know how to utilize social media to enhance customer experience.
• Customer-First Mentality: You enjoy making people feel confident and empowered.
• Ready to Hustle: You're organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow.

Job Requirements

• You can conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• You know how to operate a POS system efficiently.
• You can stand during shifts and lift/maneuver weights between 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• You can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools to place merchandise and assist customers.
• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You have a good grasp of mathematics and reading comprehension.
• You have a passion for fashion and stay current with trends.
• You can create curated fashion looks with products during your shift.
