Who We Are Looking For

For our Robe di Kappa store in Milan, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant. The role involves providing excellent customer service and sales support, maintaining the store’s appearance to encourage sales through order, cleanliness, and complete merchandise range. The Sales Assistant should demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting customers during sales;
2. Managing and maintaining merchandise on display;
3. Replenishing stock to ensure product availability;
4. Maintaining store cleanliness and order;
5. Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines;
6. Handling cashier operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

1. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in the fashion industry;
2. Knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus);
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexible schedules;
5. Immediately available;
6. Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, full-time or part-time.
