Join a leading luxury brand as a Sales Assistant, where you will be the ambassador of the Maison. Your role will focus on providing an exceptional client experience, assisting Sales Associates, and ensuring the boutique operates smoothly. This is a one-year contract starting ASAP, ideal for candidates with a background in hospitality or luxury retail.

This is a one-year contract, starting ASAP.

The Sales Assistant is an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting times, and ensuring they are well taken care of in the most efficient manner. They also assist Sales Associates during sales.

How will you make an impact?

• Ensure an exceptional client experience at the boutique entrance
• Seat clients when possible and offer drinks, reading materials, etc.
• Inform clients about the approximate waiting time and coordinate with Sales Associates to attend to clients promptly
• Handle the bringing and returning of pieces for Sales Associates
• Assist discreetly with various tasks during sales
• Coordinate between Sales Associates, Stockist, Cashier, and Voituriers
• Perform gift wrapping
• Order taxis for clients
• Accompany clients to the door upon departure
• Assist with After Sales duties (e.g., bringing pieces) without handling payments
• Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures
• Participate in inventories and price labeling
• Assist in setup and breakdown at opening and closing of the boutique
• Support the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Order boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition materials, office supplies, etc.)
• Ensure the boutique, windows, counters, etc., are in perfect condition

How will you experience success with us?

We seek candidates with previous experience in the hospitality sector or luxury retail. Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and customer needs, a team-player approach, and fluency in English and Italian are required.
