Main Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

Welcome customers to the showroom, provide detailed product information, and assist them in choosing home appliances and air conditioning systems that suit their needs.

Sales Performance

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through direct sales, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

E-commerce Sales

Manage online inquiries and transactions, ensuring efficient coordination between the showroom and e-commerce platforms.

Product Knowledge

Stay updated on the latest industry news and trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Customer Relationship Management

Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and recommendations.

Collaboration

Work closely with the sales team, country manager, and other departments to ensure good showroom management and provide an excellent customer experience.

Showroom Maintenance

Ensure the showroom is tidy, well-organized, and that products are properly displayed.

Post-Sales Support

Provide after-sales assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints.

Sales Reporting

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in direct sales. Experience in the home appliance or air conditioning sector will be considered a strong advantage.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills in Italian; knowledge of English is a plus.
