We're Looking For

For our K-Way store in Rome, we are seeking experienced Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. You will be responsible for maintaining an attractive store environment that encourages sales through order, cleanliness, and product range completeness. You should demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and kindness, working positively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting customers in sales processes
2. Managing and maintaining merchandise on display
3. Replenishing stock to ensure maximum availability
4. Maintaining store order and cleanliness
5. Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines
6. Handling cashier operations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail brand, preferably at a premium or luxury level
• Excellent knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexible scheduling

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) on a fixed-term contract.
