Sales Assistant Full Time

Responsibilities :

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding expectations, demonstrating excellent knowledge of products, brand history, and heritage in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
• Engage with clients and advise on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
• Work as a team player, fostering open and constructive communication to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Maintain visual standards by contributing to the display of all products according to brand standards.
• Support daily store operations by keeping stock and stockroom organized and neat.
• Adhere to brand image standards and guidelines.

• Working hours: 40h
• Skills required: 4-5 years of experience in luxury goods; fluent in English; Russian language skills considered a plus.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
• Maintain an existing client portfolio.
• Computer proficiency in basic Excel and POS systems.
