As a Brand ambassador, you will provide excellent customer service, maintain shop standards, and foster relationships with customers. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. A full-time fixed-term contract is offered, with the potential for stabilization.

• a family-owned manufacturing company that has been producing garments using the finest têxtile fibers since 1949, is currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our boutiques in Florence, Via dei Tosinghi 46 / R and Borgo Pinti 99 (inside Four Seasons Hotel).

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

• Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times;
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers;
• Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures;
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and Italian. Other languages are considered a plus;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques;
• Being able to work in team as well as alone;
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Passion for human relations and sales;
• Availability to go to the Company headquarters, in Borgo San Lorenzo, to provide service at the company outlet when necessary.
• Fixed-term, full-time contract (40 hours per week) with the possibility of stabilization at the end of the contract
