Within the Retail department and under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, you will serve as Sales Assistant at Officine Universelle Buly. You will personify this vision of quintessential French beauty to a discerning and international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Showcase products to emphasize brand value and guarantee optimal customer experience

Ensure that customers receive excellent service following established sales processes

Utilize tools provided to retain customers

Advise our customers on the different product categories

Passing on your knowledge with passion, about the cosmetics of our products and the history of our brand

Personalize products embossing, engraving and the art of folding

Participate in ancillary tasks contributing to the general objectives of the boutique

Maintain the boutique at its highest level of excellence

Support cash operations, including opening / closing registers, handling cash / cash drawer collection

Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with the Boutique Manager (restocking and deliveries)

Maintain pristine condition of sales areas through product display arrangement, cleanliness, maintenance, etc.

Candidate Profile Sought

A previous sales experience in the luxury retail is preferred

Strong verbal skills with an aptitude for communication and observation

Curious and interested in beauty, products, and the Buly 1803 Maison

Enjoys cultivating a special relationship with our clients

Fluent in English required, additional languages are a plus
