Sales Area Manager OEM Chiller
Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager OEM chiller will be responsible for maximising the acquisition of new customers and orders in the assigned territory (EMEIA) and with OEM sales responsibilities in the refrigerant business, providing added value to the customers through technical, commercial, and partnership skills.

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Sales Representatives and will report directly to the Sales Manager OEM Chiller.

Responsibilities
  1. Direct the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration.
  2. Analyze market potential for new products and applications.
  3. Identify potential opportunities with existing customers and the acquisition of new customers to meet strategic business objectives.
  4. Manage multiple areas and adjust sales goals and procedures for each Area.
  5. Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Ingersoll Rand contract templates when applicable.
  6. Draft technical offers.
  7. Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume.
  8. Develop and maintain a competent workforce through training, coaching, and establishing goals and objectives.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Flexible working, travel in the assigned Territory.

Key Competencies
  1. Business English knowledge.
  2. Solid knowledge of process cooling management with the ability to support and train OEMs in the field.
  3. Knowledge of a third language (Spanish or German) is a plus but not essential.
