Job Description:

Our customer is headquartered in Italy, the group operates successfully in the steel sector and is looking for a SALES AREA MANAGER- REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (COM/4320). We want to meet a candidate who has a good command of English or German and lives in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, or Romania. The ideal candidate should have sales experience gained in companies that produce preferably long steel in bars or (wire) rod, and possess a strong knowledge of the steel market.

It is expected that the candidate will develop the business in one or more of the mentioned countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania). He/she will work closely with the sales team to develop and grow long-term relationships with customers, satisfy market demands, and identify and suggest solutions to increase local business. The role includes managing all activities to develop new customers and ensuring goal achievements according to the company sales plan and strategy by proposing commercial actions. He/she will report to the Sales Director based in Italy.
