The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and proficiency in English, along with experience in the nautical industry. This role is located in Mondolfo, Italy.

SALES AREA MANAGER

  • Brand Pershing

Role Mission :

Manage and develop the sales of the Ferretti Group Brand Pershing in the assigned geographic areas, both directly and through the development of the sales network (Dealers network and/or brokerage companies).

Main Responsibilities :

  1. Create and promote the interest of new clients in purchasing Ferretti Group yachts.
  2. Strengthen and maintain relationships with Italian stakeholders and shipyards.
  3. Manage the sales process, ensuring customers and dealers receive appropriate assistance in product selection, financing, purchase contracts, and trade-in evaluations; oversee delivery and after-sales service.
  4. Evaluate offers from dealers/brokers and assist in negotiations to ensure compliance with Ferretti Group guidelines.
  5. Support the dealer network with technical specifications and updates on Ferretti Group boat availability.
  6. Identify prospective customers in coordination with the sales network.
  7. Organize client visits and sea trials.
  8. Negotiate customer change requests in collaboration with product, project, and plant management, monitoring production progress.
  9. Develop new sales channels through scouting activities.
  10. Gather market feedback from customers and dealers to support marketing strategies.
  11. Collaborate with other Ferretti Group sales managers to create new sales opportunities.

Internal Relations (based in Italy):

Customer and Dealer Care, Sales Contract Management, Engineering (including Interior and Décor), Project Managers, Shipyards (Plant Director, PML), Communications (including Head of Communications, Brand Communications Manager, Events, Trade Shows, Media Relations).

External Relations:

Dealers, Owners, Potential Buyers, Brokers, Captains, Media.

Reports to : Head of Sales & Marketing

Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Yacht Design, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of the nautical industry, sales plans, and networks.
  • Strategic and target-oriented mindset.
