A leading industrial solutions provider in Milano is seeking a Sales Area Manager for Parts & Service. This role involves business development for Power Technique spare parts, managing client portfolios, and collaborating with sales and aftersales teams. Candidates should have a technical background, 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in English and Italian. This position requires regular travel across Northern Italy.

Competenze

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in construction.
  • Availability for travel – 4 days out of 5 in Northern Italy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems required.

  • Sales Area Manager - Parts & Service

Atlas Copco Italia is seeking a new team member for the Business Line Power Technique Service, in the role of Sales Area Manager - Parts & Service.

Reporting directly to the Aftermarket Manager of the Business Line, you will be responsible for promoting Power Technique spare parts.

Main responsibilities of the role
  1. Business Development for Power Technique spare parts (motors, generators, light towers)
  2. Managing a client portfolio within the designated area and/or market segment
  3. Managing the entire quotation process in accordance with company policy
  4. Visiting end customers with dealers/service partners to develop the spare parts and service business
  5. Developing shared actions with Sales Area Managers and the Aftermarket Manager
  6. Increasing turnover related to the spare parts market based on the potential matrix (PGA)
  7. Collaborating with the Aftermarket Manager to coordinate marketing operations for clients
  8. Using the company CRM
  9. Coordinating with Customer Support colleagues for order management
  10. Training clients on the Business Line's marketing tools (Shop Online, Parts Online, Power Connect, Fleet Link) and assessing effectiveness
  11. Developing weekly sales activity reports for the direct supervisor
  12. Managing warranty processes
  13. Creating reports on equipment and spare parts quality issues
  14. Participating in industry fairs and events
What we expect from you
  • Experience of 2 to 5 years in similar roles (construction market experience is a plus)
  • Native Italian speaker
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Availability for travel – 4 days out of 5, focusing on the Northern Italy market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels
  • Analytical skills
  • Technical background with strong sales abilities
  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office
