Sales Area Manager Nord Ovest Settore Chimico Edile (f/m/x), Liguria

Company Overview: Our client develops, produces, and sells innovative solutions for building waterproofing and technical foams, operating internationally with commercial offices and logistics centers across Europe. Their main clients are resellers and manufacturers of wooden and aluminum windows, PVC windows and doors, and window installation companies.

Position: We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and skilled individual to strengthen the current sales team in the North East, residing in one of the following regions: Piedmont, parts of Lombardy, Emilia, Valle D'Aosta, or Liguria.

Responsibilities:
  1. Distribution and sale of technically explained products related to window and door manufacturing and installation.
  2. Acquisition of new clients and products.
  3. Consultation with designers and installers regarding window and door installation.
  4. Technical and commercial support to clients and collaborators.
  5. Training of installers.
  6. Maintaining and expanding contacts with designers and building authorities.
  7. Independent consulting and support to architects during the design phase.
  8. Implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  9. Continuous CRM updates.
Profile:
  1. Completed manual/technical education in the construction field, preferably windows or facades.
  2. Experience in on-field sales and consulting of technical products, ideally with knowledge of windows/fixtures sector.
  3. Residing in one of the specified regions.
  4. Strong sales and consulting orientation with proven success in the areas mentioned.
  5. Knowledge of German or English is a plus but not mandatory.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  7. Dedication, flexibility, reliability, resilience.
  8. Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and acquisition capability.
  9. Driving license.
  10. Good knowledge of MS Office / iOS.
