Sales Area Manager Nord Est - Settore Chimico Edile (f/m/x)

Our client develops, produces, and sells over 45 years of innovative solutions for building waterproofing and technical foams, operating on international markets with commercial offices and logistics centers across various European countries. Their main clients include retailers and manufacturers of wooden and aluminum windows, PVC windows and doors, and window installation companies.

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and competent individual to strengthen the current sales team in the North East, residing in one of the following regions: parts of Lombardy, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Emilia Romagna.

Responsibilities:

  1. Distribution and sale of products requiring technical explanations related to the production and installation of windows and fixtures.
  2. Acquisition of new clients and products.
  3. Consulting designers and installers regarding window and door installation.
  4. Technical and commercial support to clients and collaborators.
  5. Training installers.
  6. Maintaining and expanding contacts with designers and building authorities.
  7. Independent consulting and support to architects during the design phase.
  8. Implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  9. Continuous CRM updates.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Completed manual/technical education in construction, preferably in windows or facades.
  2. Experience in field sales and consulting for technical products, ideally in the window/fixture sector.
  3. Residing in one of the specified regions.
  4. Strong sales/consulting orientation with proven success in the above areas.
  5. Knowledge of German or English is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently and structured.
  7. Dedication, flexibility, reliability, resilience.
  8. Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and acquisition abilities.
  9. Driving license.
  10. Proficiency in MS Office / iOS.
