Job Opportunity: Sales Area Manager

Our client is a leading multinational company specializing in the production of equipment for various sectors. To strengthen their internal team, they have entrusted us with the selection of a Sales Area Manager.

The candidate will report to the Sales Director of the division and will be responsible for business development in the Triveneto and Romagna areas.

Specific responsibilities include:

  1. Achieving sales targets within assigned customer areas
  2. Acquiring new distributor and/or industrial and construction end-user clients
  3. Using the company CRM (SAP Sales Cloud) daily to plan activities and report visits
  4. Informing distributors and end-users about company initiatives (promotions, new product launches, etc.)
  5. Providing technical support and consulting on the benefits of solutions and products to distributors and end-users
  6. Following and implementing company guidelines regarding product mix and pricing/discounts
  7. Studying market dynamics and competition within the sector and region

We are looking for a candidate with the following characteristics:

  • At least 5 years of experience in selling technical products, specifically for the nautical sector
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, positive, and collaborative approach

The package includes a company car for mixed use. The role's classification and salary will be commensurate with experience.
