Location: Anywhere in Italy (where DNV has an office)

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Area Manager to support our sales efforts in Italy. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong sales skills, excellent market analysis capabilities, and a strategic mindset.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Analyze the local market to understand trends, outlook, development opportunities, potential customers, and competitors’ strategies.
  2. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  3. Implement sales actions through prospecting and developing existing customers.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for customers in your portfolio.
  5. Follow up on leads from the website and marketing activities.
  6. Ensure DNV visibility, reinforce customer loyalty, and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  7. Contribute to forecasting, tactical planning, KPI setting, and target definition processes.
  8. Maintain brand reputation and integrity during sales activities.
  9. Comply with pricing policies and quote approval processes.
  10. Develop and maintain a network of channels (consultants, advisory firms, partners, associations) for lead generation.
  11. Sustain existing customer loyalty and coordinate cross-sales with other departments.
  12. Participate in local events, tradeshows, conferences, and workshops organized by the Marketing Communications department.
