A leading technical solutions provider in Varese is looking for a candidate to develop the market for its product lines. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, conducting technical specifications, and preparing offers while maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma, experience in sales, and strong communication skills. This hybrid role is based in Milan and reports to the Sales Manager Italy.

Competenze

  • At least (X) years of prior experience in technical quotation and/or sales.

Descrizione del lavoro

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the target market for Thytronic’s product lines within the assigned area, focusing both on the existing customer base and identifying new potential clients, as well as following up on technical leads.

Area of Responsibility :

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure the planning, execution and growth of sales, specification and promotional activities within the assigned area

Conduct technical specification activities and updates with engineering and specialist design firms

Carry out prospecting of new potential clients and follow up on technical leads

Prepare and draft complex technical and commercial offers, coordinating with relevant internal departments to ensure appropriate technical, contractual, and commercial detail

Maintain regular contact and good relationships with clients through visits and communications, while ensuring high-quality support

Provide relevant input for the planning and development of the area sales budget

Personally manage routine commercial negotiations

Collect, analyse and share market intelligence to support the definition of appropriate commercial and marketing strategies

Maintain and update the CRM system

Collaborate actively and consistently with the sales team to develop multi-area opportunities and support cross-selling activities

Requirements and Skills :

Secondary school diploma or higher education qualification, preferably in a technical field (electrotechnical, electrical, or electronic)

At least (X) years of prior experience in technical quotation and / or sales within the electrical, electronic or instrumentation sectors

Strong teamworking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent time management skills and target-oriented mindset

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good command of English
