We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Area Manager to support our sales efforts in Italy. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong sales skills, excellent market analysis capabilities, and a strategic mindset.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the local market to understand trends, outlook, development opportunities, potential customers, and competitors’ strategies.
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Implementing sales actions through prospecting and developing existing customers.
  • Serving as the primary contact for assigned customers.
  • Following up on leads from the website and marketing communications activities.
  • Enhancing DNV visibility, fostering customer loyalty, and collecting feedback to improve satisfaction.
  • Providing input for forecasts, tactical plans, KPIs, and target setting.
  • Ensuring sales activities uphold brand reputation and integrity.
  • Adhering to country pricing policies and quote approval processes.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of channels, including consultants, advisory firms, freelancers, partners, and associations, to generate leads.
  • Maintaining customer loyalty and coordinating cross-sales with other departments.
  • Participating in local communication events such as tradeshows, conferences, and workshops organized by the marketing department.

About You:

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Effective communicator at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
