The Group is a recognized industry leader with a strong international presence and ongoing product research and development.
The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing and developing business within assigned markets/applications.
The role involves ensuring the correct implementation of the commercial strategy, achieving sales targets and revenue objectives set by management for the assigned business perimeter, while adhering to the company's sustainability policies and highlighting the added value of products and services. The responsibilities also include monitoring sales policies and conditions, supporting customer service, effectively communicating product value, and managing the internal and external sales network (collaborators, agents, distributors).
We are looking for professionals with 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably with an international mindset and prior experience managing teams.
Fluent English is required, and knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Offered package: RAL €60k-€70k + MBO, company car.
