Location: Anywhere in Italy (where DNV has an office)

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Area Manager to support our sales efforts in Italy. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong sales skills, excellent market analysis capabilities, and a strategic mindset.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Analyze the local market to understand trends, outlook, development opportunities, potential customers, and competitors’ strategies.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and nurture existing ones.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
  • Follow up on leads from the website and marketing activities.
  • Enhance DNV visibility, foster customer loyalty, and gather feedback for customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to forecasting, tactical planning, KPIs, and target setting.
  • Maintain brand reputation and integrity during sales activities.
  • Adhere to pricing policies and approval processes.
  • Develop and maintain a network of channels and partners for lead generation.
  • Support existing customers and coordinate cross-sales projects with other departments.
  • Participate in local events, tradeshows, and conferences organized by the Marcom Department.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
