Location: Anywhere in Italy (where DNV has an office)

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Area Manager to support our sales efforts in Italy. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong sales skills, excellent market analysis capabilities, and a strategic mindset.

Main areas of responsibility include:

  1. Analyze the local market to understand trends, outlook, development opportunities, potential customers, and competitors’ strategies.
  2. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  3. Develop and implement sales actions to attract new customers and maintain existing ones.
  4. Act as the primary contact for assigned customers.
  5. Follow up on leads from the website and marketing activities.
  6. Enhance DNV visibility, foster customer loyalty, and gather feedback to improve satisfaction.
  7. Contribute to forecasting, tactical planning, KPIs, and target setting.
  8. Ensure brand reputation and integrity are maintained during sales activities.
  9. Adhere to country pricing policies and approval processes.
  10. Build and maintain a network of channels, including consultants, advisory firms, freelancers, partners, and associations, to support lead generation.
  11. Maintain customer loyalty and collaborate on cross-sales with other departments.
  12. Participate in local events such as tradeshows, conferences, and workshops organized by the Marcom Department.
