Sales Area Manager
The Group is a benchmark in the industry, with a consolidated international presence and continuous innovation in Product Research & Development.
The candidate will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing and developing the business within the assigned product applications/markets.
They will ensure the correct implementation of the commercial strategy, with full responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue objectives set with management for the assigned business perimeter, while respecting the company's sustainability policy and promoting its added value in products and services. They will also monitor commercial policies and sales conditions, support customer service, effectively communicate product value, and manage the internal and external sales network (collaborators, agents, distributors).
We are looking for professionals with 7-10 years of experience in sales roles; experience in international environments and team management is preferred.
Fluent knowledge of English and a second language (plus) is required.
Offered package: RAL: €60k-€70k + MBO, company car
