The Group is a leading reference in the industry, with a strong international presence and continuous innovation in Product Research & Development.
The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing and developing business within assigned product applications/markets.
They will ensure the correct application of the commercial strategy, with full responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue objectives set with management for the assigned business perimeter, in compliance with the company's sustainability policies and promoting the added value of products and services. They will also oversee the monitoring of commercial policies and sales conditions, customer support services, and the effective communication of product added value, as well as manage the internal and external sales network (collaborators, agents, distributors).
We are looking for professionals with 7-10 years of experience in sales roles; experience in international environments and team management is preferred.
Fluent knowledge of English and a second language (plus) is required.
Package offered: RAL: €60k-€70k + MBO, company car
