Location: Anywhere in Italy (where DNV has an office)

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Area Manager to support our sales efforts in Italy. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong sales skills, excellent market analysis abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the local market to identify trends, opportunities, potential customers, and competitors’ strategies.
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Developing prospects and existing customer relationships through targeted sales actions.
  • Acting as the primary contact for assigned customers.
  • Following up on leads from the website and marketing activities.
  • Enhancing DNV visibility, fostering customer loyalty, and collecting feedback to improve satisfaction.
  • Contributing to forecasting, tactical planning, KPIs, and target setting.
  • Ensuring adherence to brand reputation and integrity during sales activities.
  • Complying with pricing policies and quote approval processes.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of channels, including consultants, advisory firms, freelance auditors, partners, and associations, to support lead generation.
  • Sustaining existing customer relationships and coordinating cross-sales with other departments.
  • Participating in local communication events such as tradeshows, conferences, and workshops organized by the Marcom Department.

About you:
