About the Role

The candidate, reporting to the Head of Sales, will oversee the designated area, managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.

They will be responsible for independently negotiating agreements for the supply of turnkey equipment, including technical negotiations on key contractual aspects such as conditions, prices, and special clauses.

The position is based in Offanengo (CR), Italy, approximately 40 km from Milan.

What You Need to Be Successful
  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics)
  2. 3-8 years of sales experience in international markets, particularly in automation (packaging, bottling, textiles), machine tools, or industrial plant engineering with high technological content
  3. Passion and problem-solving attitude
  4. Proficiency with main IT tools
  5. Availability to travel within the area of responsibility (up to 60% of working time)
  6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  7. Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
