Descrizione del lavoro

The role is responsible for managing and developing the distributor and indirect client network across Europe, ensuring alignment with commercial guidelines, brand positioning and global strategies. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth, optimize market performance and deliver excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor & Indirect Client Management: manage, expand, and strengthen the network of distributors and indirect clients across European markets.
  • Brand & Commercial Compliance: ensure adherence to commercial policies and maintain consistent brand positioning in all markets.
  • Market Development: identify and evaluate growth opportunities, adopting a selective and qualitative approach to market expansion.
  • Trade Marketing Activation: coordinate with Trade Marketing for local activations, marketing materials, and sell-out support.
  • Marketing Collaboration: work closely with the Marketing team to adapt and implement global strategies at the local level.
  • Retail & Visual Projects: partner with the Global Design department to develop and roll out retail and visual merchandising projects in points of sale.
  • Performance Monitoring: track, analyze, and report sales KPIs and market performance, recommending corrective actions when needed.
  • Training & Development: support the training and coaching of local partners to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 5/7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Background in the beauty sector with international exposure
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
