The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing and developing the business within assigned markets/segments.
The role involves ensuring the correct application of the commercial strategy, achieving sales targets and revenue objectives set with management for the assigned business perimeter, while respecting the company's sustainability policies and promoting added value of products and services. The candidate will also monitor commercial policies and sales conditions, support customer service, communicate product value effectively, and manage the internal and external sales network (collaborators, agents, distributors).
We are looking for professionals with 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably from international environments and with previous team management experience.
Fluent knowledge of English and a second language is required (additional plus).
Offered package: RAL: €60k-€70k + MBO, company car
