The group is a reference point in the industry, with a consolidated international presence and ongoing innovation in product Research & Development.
The selected candidate will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing and developing business in the assigned product applications/markets.
They will ensure the correct application of the commercial strategy, with full responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue objectives set with management for the assigned business perimeter, in compliance with the company's sustainability policies and promoting the added value of products and services. They will also oversee the implementation of commercial policies, sales conditions, customer support services, and the proper communication of product value, as well as managing the internal and external sales network (collaborators, agents, distributors).
We are looking for professionals with 7 to 10 years of experience in sales roles; preferably with an international mindset and previous experience managing work teams.
Fluent knowledge of English and a second language are required (additional plus).
Offered package: RAL 60k€-70k€ + MBO, company car.
