Sales Area Manager
The Group is a reference point in the industry, with a consolidated international presence and continuous innovation in product Research & Development.
The candidate will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing and developing the business within the assigned product applications/markets.
The role involves ensuring the correct application of the commercial strategy, with full responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue objectives set with management for the assigned business scope, in compliance with the company's sustainability policies and promoting the added value of products and services. The candidate will also oversee the monitoring of commercial policies and sales conditions, support customer service, communicate the added value of products effectively, and manage the internal and external sales network (collaborators, agents, distributors).
We are looking for professionals with 7-10 years of experience in sales roles; candidates with international experience and prior team management are preferred.
Fluent knowledge of English and a second language (plus) are required.
Offered package: RAL: €60k-€70k + MBO, company car
