Location: Anywhere in Italy with DNV offices

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Area Manager to support our sales efforts in Italy. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong sales skills, excellent market analysis abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the local market to understand trends, outlook, development opportunities, potential customers, and competitors’ strategies.
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Implementing sales actions through developing prospects and existing customers.
  • Being the primary contact for assigned customers.
  • Following up on leads from the website and marketing communications activities.
  • Enhancing DNV visibility, fostering customer loyalty, and gathering customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
  • Providing input for forecasts, tactical plans, KPIs, and target setting.
  • Ensuring sales activities uphold brand reputation and integrity.
  • Adhering to country pricing policies and approval processes.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of channels (consultants, advisory firms, freelance auditors, partners, associations) to generate leads.
  • Maintaining existing customer loyalty and coordinating cross-sales with other departments.
  • Participating in local events such as tradeshows, conferences, and workshops organized by the marketing team.
