About the role

The employee, reporting to the Sales Department, will be responsible for preparing quotations for special burners requested by Area Managers within the assigned geographical area. Once a purchase order is received, they will coordinate with internal departments involved in the project, from design to final validation, ensuring project targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect customer application data.
  • Prepare offers with support from other company functions, including technical configuration, cost estimation, and delivery dates.
  • Provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
  • Organize internal activities for burner delivery, including design, sourcing, production planning, and testing.
  • KPI reporting (win rate, delivery time, etc.).
Requirements

Minimum qualifications include:

  • An engineering degree (Mechanical, Energy, or similar).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Personal Skills:
  • Interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments and with sales teams.
  • Initiative to manage criticalities in a customized product process.
  • Goal-oriented attitude to contribute to sales targets.
