The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a degree or equivalent high school diploma, and experience in civil aviation or tourism. The position requires shift work and the ability to handle pressure while providing excellent customer service.

Job Title: SALES AND STATION AGENT

Candidates who do not belong to Protected Categories (Law 68 / 99) will not be considered for further steps.

Job Description:

  • Carry out reservation/booking, ticket sales, information, and passenger (operations) services at the airport office, including check-in and manifest preparation.
  • Provide information to passengers regarding schedules and fares, and ensure proper coordination.
  • Perform reservation/booking for passengers at the counter.
  • Issue tickets for domestic and international lines, handle MCOs (Manual Change Orders), excess baggage tickets, and process returns.
  • Perform endorsement and rerouting processes.
  • Coordinate aircraft arrivals with crew, handling agents, catering, cleaning, air traffic, customs, and immigration.
  • Prepare all daily flight documents, place orders for catering services, and maintain records related to flights.
  • Handle post-flight documentation, file records accurately, and perform statistical analysis of flight coupons.
  • Manage lost baggage procedures, coordinate with handling agents, and implement compensation processes if necessary.
  • Report operational income, costs, and financial data to relevant IT systems such as SAP, ERP, DOP as required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master/Bachelor degree or at least high school graduation.
  • Permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
  • Minimum 1-year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
  • Ability to handle pressure and cope with stressful situations.
  • Excellent command of English and local language(s).
  • Availability to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of major Computer Reservations Systems (Troya or Quickres is a plus).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Sense of responsibility and decision-making ability.
