We are seeking a strategic professional to support our leadership team, including the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, the SVP Sales, and the Director of Commercial Excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and monitoring the commercial strategy and Go-to-Market initiatives.
  2. Generating strategic and sales insights for top prospects and accounts.
  3. Monitoring pipeline development initiatives across various functions.
  4. Developing and updating sales forecasts for current and upcoming years.
  5. Supporting the development of a 5-year top-line business plan segmented by geography, product line, and customer segment.
  6. Assisting in the development and implementation of pricing strategies.
  7. Supporting sales enablement initiatives, including sales playbook and narrative improvements.
  8. Defining sales targets and supporting the update of sales commission structures.
  9. Managing the Hubspot CRM structure and evolution.
  10. Preparing documentation for executive alignment meetings.

Qualifications include a degree in Economics or Management Engineering, with experience in tech/software/SaaS being a plus. Proven experience in multinational organizations, excellent project management skills, and strong communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Hubspot CRM, and BI tools like PowerBI is required.
