A manufacturing company in Italy seeks a Sales and Marketing assistant to support their European distribution network. The role involves managing client portfolios, developing new business opportunities, and organizing marketing campaigns. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree, strong communication skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The position is based in Castano Primo (Milan).

Competenze

Vibiplast srl, has been working in the field of granulation for over 40 years, leading the production of Halogen-Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) compounds, Plasticised PVC, Rubber compounds and Rubber Chemicals Polymer bound. We export to over 35 Countries, serving both small-medium sized businesses as well as major International Groups in the rubber and plastic industries. We’re now looking for a Sales and Marketing assistant to support our European distribution network.

The candidate will be in charge of supporting sales, marketing and communication activities to manage our client portfolio and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities collecting feedback from the customers in regards to price level, samples and technical issues.
• Defintion and creation of price list for each Country.
• Track products performaces, P&L and product Gross Margin mix.
• Develop communication and web marketing campaigns aimed at generating new leads.
• Participates in the communication plan definition and manage social channels with the aim of promoting the products offered by the company.
• Plan and organize trade shows and events.

Experience & Requirements

• BA / BS Degree is preferred
• An excellent knowledge of English language (at least at C1 level, both written and oral); knowledge of a foreign language in addition to English will be a plus
• At least 2 years of experience as sales and / or marketing assistant.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
• Positive, resilient and able to adapt quickly and easily in an ever-changing environment
• Motivated and energetic
• Fast learner
• There will be a period of training to acquire the needed technical and products knowledges to fill the role.
• In this regard, the resource will interact with a network of qualified sales and technical manager, which will allow to reach a professional growth.
