The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and ambitious Business Development Director to join our fast-growing startup in Rome. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive revenue growth and build lasting customer relationships. In this small, competitive team, you will have significant responsibility and a direct impact on the company's success.

  • Propose strategies for growth and innovation based on market insights.
  • Generate and qualify leads with precision.
  • Close deals and secure lucrative partnerships.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Aim to secure a minimum of 4 deals per month.
