Synbalance, a leading company in the probiotics sector and a key player in nutraceutical innovation, is looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager APAC & MEA to strengthen its international market presence.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Analyzing target markets and identifying opportunities in countries not immediately accessible due to regulatory constraints;
  2. Researching and proposing alternative business models to enter the identified markets;
  3. Defining sustainable commercial strategies, justifying costs, business models, responsibilities, and timelines based on expected results;
  4. Promoting the company’s product portfolio and supporting partners through registration processes;
  5. Functionally coordinating internal resources and relevant stakeholders;
  6. Leading contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant company departments;
  7. Keeping the commercial department informed about ongoing projects and newly targeted regions;
  8. Building networks and strategic relationships aimed at increasing company profitability.

Requirements :

  • Degree in a technical or scientific field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the nutraceutical industry, with a solid background in CMO environments and international markets;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Knowledge of a second European or non-European language is a plus;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • High organizational flexibility and decision-making ability;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues;
  • Dynamic, proactive, precise, and reliable in executing assigned tasks;
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and results-oriented mindset;
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

The agreement and economic contract will be evaluated individually, in relation to the skills, competences, and experience of the candidate.

This position is aimed at candidates of both sexes in accordance with L.903 / 77 and L.125 / 91.
