Descrizione del lavoro

Sales Administrator - Bulgari Milano Store

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the store's sales team by managing back office, inventory, and administrative activities to help achieve store targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle back office operations, inventory management, and support activities.
  • Assist with data entry into software systems, product receiving, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Manage after-sales services, including coordinating repairs, liaising with repair centers, and tracking repair statuses.
  • Coordinate with IT/system suppliers for hardware/software issues.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding store maintenance issues.
  • Support sales staff throughout the sales process, from customer greeting to payment and packaging.
