SALES AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Sales and Administrative Assistant who is a detail-oriented individual to support sales and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, managing CRM data, assisting the sales team with follow-up and lead communication, and providing general administrative support, including helping the CEO with routine tasks.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Research and Targeting:

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential government agencies and commercial businesses relevant to our offerings.
  • Gather and accurately input contact details for key individuals at target accounts into our CRM system.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Enter sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions into the CRM with precision and consistency.
  • Support data entry and tracking of partner relationships within the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team by assisting with follow-up communications to leads and clients.
  • Help manage initial inquiries from potential leads, providing information and directing them appropriately.
  • Facilitate the sales team's communication efforts through basic administrative support.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence and maintaining files.
  • Assist the CEO by taking on routine manual tasks to free up their time for strategic priorities.
  • Organize and manage internal and external communication and scheduling of meetings.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

·Some experience (1-2 years) in a sales support or administrative capacity.

·Familiarity with basic CRM concepts and data entry.

·Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

·Effective written and verbal communication skills.

·Ability to perform basic online research.

·Experience with Salesforce is a plus, especially if certified.

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS

  • Full-time remote position

  • Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
