Job Summary

The candidate will support the account management team in the region by owning all the administrative and transactional tasks required with in the sales lifecycle. In addition, the Sales Support Analyst manages and maintain existing software licenses and new business and supports sales organization with timely access to business systems, integrity of S&C data, and ensures adoption / utilization of associated digital platforms. The person is responsible for business systems and is accountable for data quality checks and identifying positive and/or negative trends. Also supporting sales end-users' adoption of key processes and digital platforms, and for validating internally captured data and 3rd party reported information. The Sales Operations Analyst is the point of contact for feedback and queries for frontline sales, including those received via InTouch, and improves S&C data accuracy and integrity in general.

Responsibilities

  • Software Licensing Management: Administer and maintain software licenses (sales, SaaS, rentals, evaluations, and university licenses) and track them monthly across the CEE region.
  • Client and Account Support: Support Account Managers with renewals, maintenance quotes, C4C/SeaColt opportunities, and documentation flow toward the Invoice Administrator.
  • Tender & Portal Coordination: Manage clients' tender portals and lead the qualification process for SLB local entities.
  • Contracting & Review Process: Collaborate with Legal, Tax, and Finance teams to review quotations, request legal signatures, and handle contract compliance.
  • Order & Revenue Operations: Process and release orders in SeaColt, CRM, and SAP; generate CME entries; manage revenue transfers; and update the Deferred Revenue Tracking File.
  • Billing & Invoicing Activities: Collect backup documentation, validate purchase orders, request invoices in fiscal books, and dispatch invoices to clients (email, courier).
  • Receivables Follow-up & Collaboration: Follow up on outstanding collections and work closely with support teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in the licensing-to-invoicing cycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator in a Software Company
  • Hands on experience with Siebel CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Other Sales Systems but not limited: SeaCOLT, SAP (mandatory), C4C and Lawson
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and excellent organizational
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
