Competenze

  • 3+ anni di esperienza nella vendita di prodotti premium.
  • Conoscenza della lingua slovena e preferibilmente dell'italiano e inglese.

The role designed for you

As a One-firm Sales Agent (VAT number required), you will be part of our sales force team for the Fedrigoni Special Papers Business Unit and you will independently manage the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, reporting directly to the Sales Area Manager - Merchants & Direct Sales Europe.

You will have a direct and exclusive mandate for the area handled as an Agent, with an existing customer portfolio that guarantees profitability from the first month of work, and you will have the opportunity to test yourself with business development activities.

In Particular

  1. You will manage the customer portfolio assigned to you, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and increasing the contribution margin through the management of volumes, prices and product mix.
  2. You will act with a consultative approach, supporting customers in identifying solutions to their needs through our special papers.
  3. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in your area.
  4. You will build long-term relationships of trust with your customers.
  5. You will ensure the complete and effective implementation of our commercial strategy, adapting it to the local market.
  6. You will ensure the correct updating of the CRM.
The Skills And Attitudes We Are Looking For

  1. You have at least 3 years of experience in sales of premium price products.
  2. You have a proficient knowledge of the Slovenian language; Italian and English will be considered a plus.
  3. If you have previous experience in the paper or packaging/printing sector, it will be considered a strong plus.
  4. You have a strong commercial attitude and a strong customer orientation.
  5. You are an energetic person, with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  6. You have a good knowledge of commercial applications such as CRM.
  7. You have a result-oriented approach and a spirit of initiative.
  8. You have good analytical skills.
  9. You have good knowledge of the reference territory and potential customers.

The selected profiles will meet the Sales Area Manager, the HR Business Partner and the Sales Director Italy & EU Merchants.
