A leading company in specialty papers is looking for a Sales Agent to manage their customer portfolio in Slovenia. Candidates should possess strong sales experience, excellent communication, and a consultative approach to meet client needs. This position offers the chance to work independently while achieving profitability from the first month.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in sales of premium price products.
• Proficient in Slovenian; Italian and English are a plus.
• Strong commercial attitude and initiative.

The role designed for you

As a One-firm Sales Agent (VAT number required), you will be part of our sales force team for the Fedrigoni Special Papers Business Unit and you will independently manage the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, reporting directly to the Sales Area Manager - Merchants & Direct Sales Europe.

You will have a direct and exclusive mandate for the area handled as an Agent, with an existing customer portfolio that guarantees profitability from the first month of work, and you will have the opportunity to test yourself with business development activities.

In Particular

• You will manage the customer portfolio assigned to you, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and increasing the contribution margin through the management of volumes, prices and product mix.
• You will act with a consultative approach, supporting customers in identifying solutions to their needs through our special papers.
• You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in your area.
• You will build long-term relationships of trust with your customers.
• You will ensure the complete and effective implementation of our commercial strategy, adapting it to the local market.
• You will ensure the correct updating of the CRM
  
  
  

The Skills And Attitudes We Are Looking For

• You have at least 3 years of experience in sales of premium price products
• You have a proficient knowledge of the Slovenian language, will Italian and English will be considered a plus
• If you have previous experience in the paper or packaging/printing sector, it will be considered a strong plus
• You have a strong commercial attitude and a strong customer orientation
• You are an energetic person, with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• You have a good knowledge of commercial applications such as CRM
• You have a result-oriented approach and a spirit of initiative
• You have good analytical skills
• You have good knowledge of the reference territory and potential customers.
