About the Role

We are looking for a resilient and relationship-focused Sales Agent based in Italy, with a strong emphasis on managing and expanding existing customer relationships. This role centres on client retention and sustainable growth, rather than new business acquisition.

In a dynamic and at times challenging business context, we need someone with patience, determination, and a problem-solving attitude — someone who can build trust with clients, stay calm under pressure, and work collaboratively to find the best path forward.

You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them extract the full value from our solutions while identifying opportunities for upselling and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, developing long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Understand clients’ needs and business goals to proactively identify opportunities for upselling and added value.
  • Support clients in fully utilizing our solutions, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to address challenges, resolve issues, and deliver a high-quality client experience.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records in our CRM system and provide timely revenue forecasts.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and help shape improvements based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, client success, or sales with a focus on retention and growth of existing accounts.
  • A calm, proactive, and solution-oriented professional who can navigate uncertainty and maintain a positive client focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities across a varied client base.
  • Knowledge of design software such as Winner is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and good command of English required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity software (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Understanding of the kitchen and bathroom design industry, including customer workflows and industry trends.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to turn customer insights into actionable strategies.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for client satisfaction.
