Descrizione del lavoro

As a Sales Agent for Albert Roger Group in Italy, you will be the regional expert and champion for the Italian retail market. Supporting our Sales, Business Development & Trade Marketing teams, you will introduce, qualify, and present the brands we represent to grocery & drugstore retailers across the region.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market analysis to create a database of suitable retailers within the beauty sector.
  2. Actively acquire new clients and partners.
  3. Achieve sales, margin, and strategic brand objectives.
  4. Lead negotiations with local retailers on business plans, contract terms, new brand and product launches, space and visibility at points of sale, marketing, and communication plans.
  5. Qualify customers via telephone to support meetings for the sales team.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the Italian retail landscape.
  • Experience in the beauty and FMCG sectors in Italy.
  • Ability to establish and nurture business contacts.
  • Enthusiasm for making effective sales introduction calls.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Ability to work independently.
