Job Description
  1. Handle group and individual reservations, bookings, ticket sales, passenger information, and operations such as check-in and manifest preparation, as well as passenger complaints and CRM, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Manage relations with travel agencies and partners.
  3. Calculate fares, arrange routes based on passenger requests, provide schedule and fare information, and coordinate throughout the passenger journey. Process reservation requests, issue tickets for domestic and international flights, and handle endorsements, rerouting, and ticket returns.
  4. Report and register operational income, costs, financing, and financial statistics in relevant IT systems such as SAP, ERP, and DOP.
Desired Skills & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree or at least high school graduation.
  2. Permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
  3. Minimum of 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
  4. Ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations.
  5. Excellent command of English and proficiency in local language(s).
  6. Availability to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.
  7. Team player capable of working independently when needed.
  8. Effective multitasking skills.
  9. Good knowledge of major Computer Reservations Systems (experience with Troya or Quickres is a plus).
  10. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  11. Sense of responsibility and decision-making abilities.
