At COMEVAL VALVE SYSTEMS in Spain we are recruiting a Sales Agent for Northern and Central Italy with solid experience in the water and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the development of new commercial strategies. A solid technical-commercial proficiency, combined with autonomy, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset, is essential.

  • Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio and technical solutions in the water sector and related industries within the Italian market.
  • Develop the market through the acquisition of new customers and distributors, while strengthening and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Monitor market dynamics, analyse trends, and gather insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, contribute to the definition of sales strategies, and participate in trade fairs and industry events.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the Italian market, ideally in the water industry.
  • Advanced English proficiency is essential.
  • Established experience in working alongside EPC contractors, builders, installers, and engineering firms.
  • Engineering background (preferably a diploma or degree in a relevant technical field).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP and CRM tools.
  • Strong autonomy, initiative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing technical learning related to the product portfolio. Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus and results orientation.
  • Preferably based in Northern or Central Italy.
