Overview

Sales Assistant - Luxury Boutique Eleventy World is looking for a Sales Assistant in support of their Boutique based in Milan, a passionate salesperson with experience in luxury retail and potentially strong connections to the local economic fabric.

Your role: You will be joining our Sales Team inside our established boutique in Milan, you are an exceptionally proactive person, engaged to develop a new clients portfolio and build up knowledge of the existing ones. You are numbers and kpi driven with a great attention to styles and knowledge within the luxury fashion industry. You will be reporting to a Store Management.

Responsibilities
  • Be a propositive and committed force in the development of the portfolio of local clients and the turnaround of the POS.
  • Implement the commercial animation of the store and participate in the development of the brand’s awareness within the Region.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising and stock conditions are always in line with the company standards.
  • Act as brand ambassador.
Profile / Qualifications
  • You know what it means to be of good service to discerning clients and you have a confirmed experience of 1-3 years in the luxury retail business.
  • You are a dedicated sales professional and you have a knack for building customer loyalty.
  • You have a good understanding of the luxury market.
  • A good portfolio of loyal clients in the Milan Region is considered an asset.
  • You are a flexible team player, direct and communicative; you are a quick learner and you are able to execute swiftly the tasks at hand.
  • You are looking to become a driving force of the store’s daily sales.
