Job Description:

In a demanding and constantly evolving environment, we contribute to the good running of the cashing operations and therefore we protect CHANEL by ensuring the compliance with the flow of money.

KEY PARTNERS: Boutique operations, accounting team.

IN THIS METIER, WE ARE ENERGIZED BY:

Contributing to the client experience by supporting the payment services:

• Completing bank transfer operations:
• Supporting the activity of the Boutique by ensuring cash register payments
• Sending the link to the client
• Checking that the transfer has arrived and is assigned to the boutique and notifying the Fashion Advisor
• Checking the conformity between the payment and the reservation
• Carrying out research for non-related transfers to ensure correct allocation and informing the accounting department

- Supporting Fashion Advisors in complex cash register procedures and on all payment topics as needed

- Managing MRM call sorting and resolving all payment/cash register requests

Protecting CHANEL by ensuring cashing compliance tasks:

• liaising with internal accounting on topics such as:
• Checking and filing cash register documents requiring special authorization (returns, self-certification, policies, export sales, gifts, etc.)
• Compiling daily accounting figures
• Preparing documents for headquarters

- Managing petty cash: tracking expenses, justifying them, and submitting to accounting

- Ensuring cash register closures

- Participating in conferences, meetings, training, and updates on cash desk, payments, and fiscal system topics, sharing information with the store team

Contributing to smooth cash operations through material availability:

- Daily reassignment of cash desk materials as needed
